Receptionist/Office Assistant

This is a Contract position in Calgary region, , AB posted August 9, 2017.

Key responsibilities will include:

Providing a high level of customer service to all clients and visitors

Switchboard operation and responding to general queries

Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, assist in the compilation of reports and operate a range of computer based applications

Co-ordinate the incoming and outgoing mail

Assist the team by providing timely and accurate administrative support

Assisting with maintenance of the office and reporting any maintenance issues

Maintaining a professional demeanour with professional standards of dress at all time

Prepare correspondence and other documents using Microsoft Office

Other ad hoc administration duties as and when required

Applicants will ideally have:

Prior experience in a similar role

A positive approach, can-do attitude and friendly demeanour

Passion for providing a superior client service

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and outstanding attention to detail

The ability to quickly build rapport, remain calm under pressure and maintain client confidentiality

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi task

Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated
