There is a full-time opportunity as a Receptionist/Business Administrator to provide administrative support in various capacities. As a Receptionist/Business Administrator you will be the ambassador of our company’s first impressions on the guests and visitors. The ideal candidate will be professional to the highest standards, highly organized, outgoing, and personable as this position requires daily interaction with internal and external staff, clients, and vendors. Key Responsibilities * Front Desk management, including switchboard coverage, incoming/outgoing mail administration, and visitor reception * Schedule and confirm activities in coordination calendar * Administer business travel activities, including searching, booking, coordinating resources and information required, and managing travel account information * Order office supplies and equipment and maintain inventory * Participate in special projects, including events, program administration, and research Competencies and Skills Set * Diploma, degree, certificate, or equivalent education in Business Administration or similar program * Energetic, friendly, and approachable; ability to maintain a lively and professional atmosphere * Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills * Strong time management and organizational skills * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
