Job Description

Receptionist -Temporary, Burnaby

We are seeking a Receptionist to assist our client in Burnaby with some vacation coverage. The Receptionist must be available to start this week through mid September. As the Receptionist you will be responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms, scheduling and coordinating and managing a high volume of couriers.


  • Answering phones and transferring calls
  • Greeting guests
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Scheduling boardrooms
  • Data Entry
  • High volume of couriers


  • 1+ year of experience in a Reception role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with high volume, and online couriers
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Must be able to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Availability to start right away


  • $15.75/hour
