Receptionist

On behalf of our client in Vancouver, we are seeking a skilled Receptionist for a temporary opportunity. In this Receptionist role you will be responsible for greeting office guests, directing a high volume of calls, general administrative tasks and handling all couriers.

Responsibilities:

· Answering all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate person/department

· Greeting and directing all walk in clients to the appropriate person/department

· Handling all mail and faxes

· Data Entry

· General administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Reception role or similar position
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer service oriented
  • Intermediate MS Office skills
  • Ability to stay organized and be able to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work with a diverse clientele

Compensation:
