Job Description

On behalf of our client in beautiful downtown Vancouver, we are looking for a temporary Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator. Our client are in the health and welfare sector and the Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in answering all of the incoming calls and screening them on behalf of the Senior Managers. The administrative part of the role will include overseeing the day to day operations of the office, typing letters and contracts and coordinating office correspondence. The successful Receptionist and Administrative Coordinator will be very professional, friendly and organised.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all of the head office phone calls and directing them as necessary
  • Scheduling meetings and organizing the boardroom
  • Organizing travel arrangements for Senior Managers
  • Greeting clients and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Distributing office correspondence
  • Drafting responses to internal and external communications
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Data entry tasks

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • ?Good working knowledge of the MS Suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Polished and professional with a positive attitude

Compensation

  • $18ph
  • This position is temporary ongoing as the client are in the process of hiring someone permanently
