Job Description

Temporary Receptionist -Burnaby

We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist for our Burnaby client. The Receptionist will be responsible for assisting clients with booking appointments, answering any general queries and directing phone calls to the appropriate person/department. The Receptionist will also work with the sales team and assist with general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing calls
  • Managing front desk
  • Booking and scheduling meetings
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team
  • Answering general inquiries from clients and the general public

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in a Reception position
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service

Compensation:

  • $16.00 per hour
  • 4% vacation pay
