Bilingual Receptionist

Receptionist needed for our private sector client is looking for someone to join their team on a temporary basis!
This reputable company in the National Capital region is looking for someone to answer multiple phone lines, greet customers in person in a friendly, positive manner, while accomplishing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and fax distribution.

The ideal candidate loves to be busy, will have experience working in customer service, and have a naturally warm and welcoming personality.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ability to converse fully in French and English is essential
  • The ability to answer a switchboard and have strong multi tasking abilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public as well as internal staff
  • Maintain a friendly, professional attitude at all times
  • Additional clerical functions, including data entry, as required

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluently bilingual in French and English
  • 1-2 years’ of experience in a formal office setting
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a front-line Receptionist position

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: High School Diploma
