Medical Receptionist Fluently Bilingual

One of excelHR’s clients is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their busy team! Our client, a therapy clinic office is in need of a professional and knowledgeable receptionist to join their team immediately.

This person must have at least 2-3 years of previous medical experience from having worked in a fast-paced environment. Hours are 8:30am-5pm

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Checking in and registering patient(s) into the registration system
  • Receiving messages from doctors and doctorsâ€T offices, greeting patients and family, directing patients to their intended destination
  • Office management including ordering office supplies and maintaining a system of inventory
  • Proving support of the accounts payables process, insuring all the invoices are routed for reconciliation and payment
  • Filing and retrieving patient charts, as required
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Must have excellent people skills and the ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a professional and tactful manner.
  • Must be proficient in the MS Office Suite and have Electronic Medical Records experience
  • Must have at least 2 years of previous experience in an administrative capacity

French is considered an asset
