Bilingual Receptionist

Seeking a Bilingual Receptionist for excelHRâ€Ts private sector client. This is a 2 month contract in a non-profit environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greeting and welcoming all clients, immediately contacting required staff members of arrivals of their client(s)
  • Answer the telephone, take messages, and/or appropriately screen and transfer callers; receive visitors, ascertain the nature of business, answer questions, respond to concerns or refer to the appropriate individuals
  • Maintaining boardroom bookings and scheduling meetings
  • Answering and transferring incoming calls from clients
  • Handling client inquiries
  • Performing document and file management functions, including e-filing
  • Additional duties and tasks as they arise

Qualifications and Experience
Must have:

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Related post-secondary education or relevant work related experience
  • Previous office experience 1-2 years
