Job DescriptionExpress Scripts Canada is actively looking for a Bilingual Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to support the organization with reception functions and providing back-up support to the Executive Assistant and other staff as required. This position will be assisting with special projects and other administrative responsibilities as assigned. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: * Answering phone; managing company voicemail system; greeting and directing guests * Preparing items for new hires: activating access cards; taking employee pictures, preparing nameplates, providing parking stickers * Responsible for access card deactivation * Managing and controlling security access cards on a daily basis. This includes tracking down cards given to visitors, temps and contractors and not returned * Update telephone lists * Cheque logging and stamping for Finance * Check corporate fax machine and distribute faxes * Prepare, send and receive courier packages * Receive mail: open and date stamp where required and distribute into department mail slots * Maintain postal machine and monitor postage balance * Assist with fundraising activities for social committee and United Way * Prepare catering orders * Providing adhoc administrative support and assist with projects as required * Order office supplies * Prepare expense reports for various Directors QUALIFICATION: * High level of proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook * Experience with Cisco switchboard * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple requests * Fluency in oral and written English and French ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT Human Resources & Corporate Service is charged with ensuring that Express Scripts Canada effectively manages and supports its human capital investment while promoting organizational development and talent management.
