Bilingual Receptionist

Our client located in Mississauga is looking for an experienced bilingual receptionist. Only those with complete fluency in French and English will be considered.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming telephone calls
  • Greeting all visitors and guests upon arrival to the office
  • Retrieving and distributing all mail and package arrivals
  • Ordering and managing office supply requirements
  • Screen and redirects incoming calls
  • Responding to emails
  • Booking meeting and conference rooms when required
  • Providing back support to administrative assistants
  • Other administrative duties as required which may include but are not limited to; filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry

Qualifications and Experience

  • Completion of a post secondary education
  • Complete fluency in both French and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience in a creative environment is considered an asset
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player attitude
  • Strong previous customer service experience
