Duties & Responsibilities

. Answer the telephone and field calls for office employees.

. Collect, open and distribute incoming mail on a daily basis; maintain mailing lists.

. Complete word processing and photocopying as requested by the immediate Supervisor.

. Coordinate the scheduling of office space for meetings and in-service training as required.

. Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.

. Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company’s Quality Management System.

. Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.


A minimum of two years recent experience as a Receptionist/Administrative role in an office setting.
