Bilingual Receptionist

Our client, located near Yonge & Bloor, is looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join their team for a one month contract. Candidates must be full fluent in both French and English (written and spoken), have strong customer service skills, and previous reception experience.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer all incoming calls in both French and English, direct calls to the appropriate individuals, and take messages.
  • Greet and welcome all guests, direct to meeting rooms, offer refreshments, etc.
  • Arrange for pick up and delivery of courier packages. Receive and sort all incoming mail – including distribution.
  • Manage the meeting room calendar, ensure that rooms are prepped before meetings.
  • Respond to any general inquiries via phone and email.
  • Other administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least one year of relevant office experience – administrative or reception.
  • Must be fully bilingual in French and English, written and spoken.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
