Receptionist – Office Assistant

Our client is located just west of Yorkdale Shopping Center and is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This opportunity is a four month contract with the possibility of extension, hours are 8:00 – 4:30 and salary is $14/hr. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact and face of the company by answering the phones
  • Logging information in the database
  • Data Entry
  • Mail and postage
  • Filing
  • Some collection calls when necessary

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1-2 years of previous reception experience
  • A client services approach
  • Proficiency with MS Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required
  • Exceptional customer service skills are a must
  • Must be able to multi-task, think on your feet, work in a fast-paced environment, and have great attention to detail

Education and Certifications

Minimum education required: College Diploma
