Receptionist Part-Time

altisHR is seeking a professional part-time Receptionist to work 12 hours per week for the hours of 1:30pm-5:30pm. Candidates will ideally have 1-2 years of previous office experience and strong computer skills. This position is located within walking distance from Finch subway station.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Acting as a great first impressionist, providing excellent customer service while answering phones and greeting visitors to the office
  • Performing data entry and database management
  • Maintaining/tracking office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting with special projects as required
  • Coordinating interview schedules
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications and Experience

Must have:

    • 1-2 years of previous reception/administrative or related experience from within a professional office setting
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate databases
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Self-starter with strong sense of urgency
    • Team player who is willing to pitch in where help is needed, and has the ability to work well independently
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Education and Certifications

    Minimum education required: University Degree or College Diploma
