Receptionist – Temporary/Contract

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a receptionist, front office or administrative role
  • Ability to work well independently

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to detail
  • Must be friendly and enjoy interacting with people
  • Ability to operate a multi line switchboard and professional telephone manner a must
