19063 – Receptionist (Tax Season Support)

This is a Contract position in Brandon, MB posted November 22, 2022.

Our Brandon, Manitoba office is looking for a temporary full time Receptionist to help support the team during tax season on contract (January 16th – April 16th 2023). The successful candidate will own the following responsibilities: – Answering phones and directing incoming calls – Greeting clients and providing direction as appropriate – Assistance with accepting client payments – Scheduling appointments and meetings as needed – Assisting clients with drop off and pick up of tax packages as needed – Other duties assigned How do we define success for your role? – You demonstrate BDO’s core values through all aspect of your work: Integrity, Respect and Collaboration – You understand your client’s industry, challenges, and opportunities; clients describe you as positive, professional, and delivering high quality work – You identify, recommend, and are focused on effective service delivery to your clients – You share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talent – You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace – You grow your expertise through learning and professional development. Your experience and education – You have the ability to clearly and confidently communicate with others – You have strong Microsoft Office skills for data entry and analysis – You have at least 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, customer driven environment and have had experience completing multiple tasks simultaneously – Office Administration diploma or similar education would be considered an asset – You have a cheerful outlook and a high energy personality – You are well organized and have an eye for detail Why BDO?
