This includes greeting guests, answering phones, handling inquiries, and undertaking a range of functions to ensure the administration activities within the organization runs smoothly.ResponsibilitiesºAnswer telephone calls and transfer to the appropriate parties.ºGreet visitors, take messages, and reply to questions of general information.ºPerform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.ºPrepare, order, and maintain office supply inventory.

ºMaintain information systems used by office administration team.ºPrepares letters, memos and other documents.ºContinuously ensure reception area is organized.ºProvide basic back up coverage to Executive Assistants when needed.

ºCarries out any other similar or general tasks when required.QualificationsPost secondary degree/diploma, and 1-year of related experience.Bilingual (French/English) verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.Superb interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.Well organized, able to manage time and multi-task with conflicting priorities and timelines.Demonstrated ability in core and role specific competencies including teamwork, adaptability, organizational, resourceful, customer service, innovation and problem solving.Familiarity with 5S, Kaizen Principles, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies is an asset.Additional InformationWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to fostering an inclusive and accessible work environment that reflects the diversity of our customers and our communities.
