Our client is specialized in vehicle rentals and is looking for an alert administrative assistant/receptionist for their office located in Mont-Royal.

The tasks:

  • Prepare lease agreements.
  • Manage customer files.
  • Conduct administrative follow-up.
  • Insure and register vehicles.
  • Manage correspondence with customers.
  • Work on special projects.
  • Greet visitors and take calls.
  • Carry out any other similar tasks.
