This is a full-time, permanent position.

ABOUT THE POSITION Takes instructions from and performs clerical and typing duties for a group of professional and technical employees.

Processing and assembling a variety of documents such as letters, report, minimal minute-taking, schedules, proposals, contracts.

Responsible for managing client and file information, including establishing and maintaining organizational system to manage both electronic and paper filing.

Other general administrative support services as requires (i.e.

greet guests, minimal travel booking
– PMs tend to take care of their own).

Reception duties: answering calls, emails, difficult client inquiries (whom to send the calls to), managing database, closing files, mail/couriers, assisting with organizing company events (lunches) Gathering information for PMs and clients and ensuring it’s done in a timely manner, IE not putting someone on hold for long
– being resourceful (transferring calls to cells when it’s appropriate) THE REQUIREMENTS 2-3 years of administrative experience in similar industry/ capacity Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access) and Adobe Comfortable working in the office Able to lift boxes up to 20-25 lbs COMPENSATION $40,000
