One of our printing and consulting clients is looking for a Bilingual (French & English) Mailroom/Reception Clerk Length: 1-year contract with strong possibility of extension Hours: M-F, 8:30AM to 5:00PM Location: Montreal, QC General
– Adhere to all safety procedures
– Perform backfill duties for absent coworkers Mail/Courier
– Receive, sort and process mail documents packages and supplies.

Notify recipients as appropriate
– Deliver and pick-up mail on scheduled mail runs.

Driving a vehicle may be required for some client locations
– Deliver paper / toner etc.

to office equipment maintaining records of delivery
– Perform outgoing postal and courier duties utilizing shipping / postal systems ensuring most efficient and cost-effective method
– Track, trace and resolve mail or courier issues Reception Support
– Answer and route callers
– Greet and sign in guests; maintain visitor log
– Coordinate and administer visitor badges/cards, ensuring up to date inventory and manage sign-in/sign out procedures Equipment Care
– Maintain log of all activities including on-site parts inventory for fleet equipment
– Carry out first level repair utilizing basic technical Administration
– Complete and maintain all logs and reports
– Order and replenish consumables, forms inventory and other supplies items as required.
