This individual must be organized, creative, and have some knowledge of administrative duties.

The position can be part-time initially, with the goal to move to full time.Comfort Keepers is widely recognized as a leading provider of quality in-home care to seniors and other clients who need help with the activities of daily living.

Apply Today!Job Tasks and Responsibilities:Answers the telephone and gives information to caller or routes call to appropriate individual.Coordinates meetings and appointments for office as required.Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities, screening, interviewing, reference checking, and new employee orientation according to established guidelines.Assists with maintaining employee filesAssists with orientation of new employees during onboarding process.Processes incoming mail.

Answers routine correspondence.

Prepares outgoing mail.

Files correspondence and other records.Responsible for ordering and maintaining office supplies, forms, and equipment.Assist with filing duties and a variety of other clerical duties as necessary.Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents.Assists with special projects throughout the office, as assigned.Assists with the scheduling of client appointments via the customer management databaseMaintain statistical data and report requirementsOther duties as requiredQualifications, Skills and Abilities:Solid administrative skills, accurate data entry skills, and MS Office skillsStrong aptitude to learn and use the functions of a customer management databaseStrong internet skillsComfortable communicating by phone and in-person, with excellent customer serviceIndependent and self-motivated, with well-developed organizing, time management and problem-solving abilityFlexible and friendly attitudeAble to work effectively and contribute within a team environmentAbility to give and receive positive and constructive feedbackClear Criminal Records CheckInterest in the healthcare service field and/or interest in working with seniors is an assetApply Today!Our office serves seniors in Vancouver and surrounding communities, including Abbotsford, Burnaby, Langley, Maple Ridge, Surrey & White Rock.
