Our client, a renowned company in its field, is currently looking for an Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join its team of experienced professionals.

Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming visitors and managing calls; Ensuring proper management and distribution of mail; Managing, coordinating reservations for conference rooms, appointments, lunches, and ensure the organization of meals, coffee serving, etc.; Conducting research, when required; Managing the inventory and ordering office supplies as needed; Providing administrative support.

PREREQUISITES Experience in a similar position in a company or professional services firm will be considered as an asset; Very good level of bilingualism; Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Experience in a variety of administrative support tasks.
