Our client, a law firm in the heart of Downtown Vancouver, is looking for a Corporate Receptionist to join their team. Our client is a well-reputable boutique family and estate litigation law firm based in Downtown Vancouver. They have a diverse group of lawyers and paralegals and are committed to providing high quality service to their clients.


Our client offers a welcoming and supportive work environment, prioritizing work-life balance and professional development. They are searching for their next Corporate Receptionist to join their team.


Reporting to the Manager of Finance & Administration, the Corporate Receptionist is responsible for all administrative duties in the reception area. They are also responsible for delegating work and providing guidance to the Office Assistant.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Act as the first point of contact for any visitor to the law firm and maintain a professional, positive, and polished attitude
  • Handle communications on the phone, through email, and in-person
  • Manage office inventory supplies
  • Manage firm event planning for office meetings, firm functions, and holiday or birthday parties
  • Liaise with building management to ensure office environment is well-maintained
  • File and document maintenance using PC Law
  • Delegate administrative work to the Office Assistant & provide guidance and training, providing feedback when necessary


  • Post-secondary education in administration, accounting, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • 3-5 years of experience in a front-facing customer service role
  • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to prioritize and multitask effectively


  • $50,000 to $55,000 dependent on experience
  • 3 weeks’ vacation and medical & dental coverage on Day 1
