Customer Service/Reception Agent

This is a Contract position in Montreal, QC posted September 20, 2022.

* Respond to customer inquiries about products and services offered;
* Make quotes / orders / update customer files;
* Work in collaboration with dispatch to ensure better delivery times;
* Provide unparalleled service;
* All other related tasks. Ensure the reception of calls and handle calls without ever making a transfer with no answer.
* Greet visitors and business customers (CTPAT compliant).
* Write letter, email of absence on a daily basis.
* Distribute mail, parcels, faxes (internal and external)
* Responsible for tracking office supplies inventory (excel sheet) and placing required orders.
* Keep office and reception clean.
* Answering emails / answering the phone
* Placing orders / opening accounts
* Track orders
* Complete price requests
* Resolve issues with customers in a timely manner
* Perform vehicle inspections for Snowbirds
* Prepare trucks: documents, loading plans, coordinate pick-up and delivery of vehicles. Communicate with dispatch.
* Coordinate with terminals in Florida. Send truck plans, advise of the arrival of vehicles for deliveries and pick-ups.
* Complete the documents for each truck. Make sure everything is complete
* Coordinate USA to Canada vehicle information with customs broker
* Communication with terminals in Florida.
Customer service orientation; – Effective work and time management; Communication skills in French and English both orally and in writing. Requirements: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position (administrative tasks and customer service); – Knowledge of the technical particularities of transport such as: customs papers; – Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel); – Bilingualism.
