Facilities Coordinator & Receptionist

This is a Full-time position in Riviere-Du-Loup, QC posted October 14, 2021.

RESPONSIBILITIES Provides daily facilities maintenance and operations support, including communications with the landlord on all topics related to the facilities; Responsible for office supplies and office equipment purchasing; Responsible for changes in office layout, office move and setting up workstations for new employees; Lead accommodation, infrastructure, and renovation initiatives; Responsible for communication and coordinating with facilities providers including but not limited to cafeteria services, coffee supplier, cleaners, preventive maintenance contractors, etc.

Manages incoming and outgoing mail and courriers; Produces, edits and distributes facilities related communications; Greets visitors as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party; Other duties and projects as assigned.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work; Attention to detail and problem solving skills; Excellent interpersonal skills: Ability to work with people in a team environment; Effective oral and written communication skills; Computer skills in common PC applications; Excellent problem solving skills, sound judgment, initiative & creativity; French and English speaking.

Legal status to work in Canada is required.
