Job Description & Responsibilities Greet guests as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate staff personnel Answer, screen, forward incoming phone calls, and provide basic information when needed Arrange, send, receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries and couriers Monitor inventory and order office stationary and kitchen supplies Inspect office equipment and report deficiencies Manage meeting rooms and company vehicle bookings Maintain accurate Presentation Centre Daily/Monthly/Yearly Traffic Report Prepare refreshments and other items as required for meetings Ensure tidiness of the Presentation Centre and Office Spaces Undertake other administrative tasks as per request from management Required Skills & Qualifications At least 1-2 years of experience in Receptionist / Office Administration oriented role Strong, personable and confident in both verbal and written communication Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Fluent in English, secondary language is an asset but not required Experience in Salesforce or similar Client Database program is an asset but not required Compensation & Benefits Paid Vacation and Sick days Extended Medical and Dental Coverage Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability Insurance Retirement Plan / RRSP Matching Friends and Family Program: early and exclusive access to our newly released projects Professional Development and Education Support Individuals meeting the above-mentioned criteria are encouraged to submit their resume, with cover letter to salesconcordpacific.com and enter “Full-Time Receptionist” in the subject line of your e-mail.
