Our client in the K-W area is looking for a French Bilingual Receptionist to join their team starting on a contract to permanent basisQualifications:Fully French Bilingual-French and English language skills; speaking and writingMinimum high school diplomaValid ” G” driver’s license in order to run errandsData entry skills & knowledge of Word and spreadsheet programsPleasant telephone manner and the ability to multi-taskDuties:Front DeskGreet people as they enterAvaya phone system: answer calls, forward, etcAccept couriersSort and distribute incoming mail; take care of outgoing mailDistribute faxes throughout the dayCustomer ServiceOrder desk as required, taking orders over the phone, responding to customer requestsOrder entryPrint, mail, email invoices daily to customersSend sales reps invoices weeklyFilingAssist with promotional mailings as requiredAdministrationAct as back up to prepare/process customs documentation for US and international shipmentsUPS tracking as requiredAssembling cataloguesMaintain petty cashOtherMaintain the office vehicle and the phone systemTidy kitchen at the end of the day, (clean table, wipe counter, clean coffee pot)Daily errands (banking, Tim Hortons, etc)Prepare timecards weeklyShredding documents as neededStarting Wage: $17.00 per hourPlease send your resume ASAP to: jaynegrandriverpersonnel.ca
