We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

This position plays an important role because you will be the first point of contact of the group and you will also represent our corporate image.

The Brivia Group is one of the leading real estate developers in Montreal with its prestigious high-end condominium and apartment projects.Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the officeDirect visitors to the appropriate person and officeAnswer, screen and forward incoming phone callsFollow up on info requests received from our websiteSending memos and letters internally and externally on behalf of Brivia GroupEnsure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.G.

pens, forms and brochures)Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emailReceive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries, as well as arrange outside mail delivery (Messenger, Registered mails, courier etc.)Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stockUpdate calendars and schedule meetingsArrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchersKeep updated records of office expenses and costsPerform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxingRequirements:Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Secretariat, AEC in Office Techniques, or other related field Minimum one (1) year of work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or a similar role essentialProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) essentialHands-on experience with office equipment (e.G.

fax machines and printers)Professional presentation & attitude Solidwritten and verbal communication skills in French and English essentialAbility to be resourceful and proactive when issues ariseExcellent organizational skillsMultitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasksExcellent customer service skillsWHAT WE OFFER:Permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week).Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PMOffices located in Downtown Montreal, close to all our projects, shops, and metro stations.
