Will look up unidentified mail in (client database).

Will cross train in the mail/print center and rotate in as necessary.

Works closely with department Admins.

Oversee services mailbox
– for administration of client meeting room reservations and catering requests.

Triage catering requests and coordination of managed client meeting rooms.

Oversee fax mailbox recorded voice messages and electronic fax.

Back up oversight to facilities mailbox Submit service request to landlord for building issues.

Document front desk processes and maintain update on sharepoint site.

Back up to support requests for records retrieval during transition of electronic records to the business.

Security access card administration.

Participate in Health & Safety Fire warden.

Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent experience Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a reception position Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships Strong self-motivation to drive results Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Effective use of Microsoft Office Why Ricoh?
