Excel Personnel has been retained to secure the next Temporary Receptionist to assist our client in Kamloops for a 3
– 6 week assignment and could be extended.

Main duties are as follows: Operating the switchboard, redirecting phone calls or taking messages as required Greeting the public in a professional and courteous manner, covid screening applies Matching purchase orders with packing slips and making sure they are filed in the appropriate places and being detail orientated in A-Z and 1-100 in filing skills Filing invoices etc…and any other office related duty as assigned.

good numerical accuracy when it comes to filing.

Masks being mandatory when away from their desk and when dealing with the public Hourly wage $19.80/hr Monday to Friday 8:00am
