Job Type: Full-time, Permanent – Receptionist You represent our company and form the first impression for our organization.

Your customer care sets the tone and has a big impact on the rest of the customer’s experience.

Your warmth and approachability ensure clients feel welcomed and are guided to the right place.

As the central communication hub within the organization, you are professional and helpful, whether on the phone, via email or in-person.

Reception Ensures office’s phones are open and actively monitored during business hours; Greets clients, visitors and vendors at office reception, promptly notifying the appropriate staff member or taking action(s) accordingly; Ensure the efficient operation of the multi-line telephone switchboard, answering calls in a professional, courteous manner.

Ensure calls are transferred and or messages taken; Receives and dispatches mail/ couriers/ packages in a timely and efficient manner; Office presentation and general housekeeping.

Keeping the reception desk clean and presentable; Ensures that there is adequate supply of stationary and ordering stationary as needed; Updates excel spreadsheets for company employee gas cards and cell phone usage; Maintains staff telephone lists as well as ensuring it is uploaded and distributed; Responsible for typing memos, correspondence and reporting documents as assigned; Carries out administration tasks such as scanning, faxing, copying, filling and data entry as required; Provides general office administrative support to senior management, and staff as required.

As the ideal candidate: Secondary school completion.

1-2 years office/ administrative / customer service experience.

Strong oral and written communications skills.

Organized and strong attention to detail.

Highly approachable, friendly, and diplomatic.

You are known to be a strong communicator, both verbally and written.

You have great time management skills, including the ability to multitask and get things done effectively.

You have strong computer skills (MS Office).
