Position Description Answer incoming calls and direct them them to the appropriate resource This position requires excellent interpersonal skills, strong computer skills and an eagerness to learn the business and to support and make the sales Knowledge of the industry is an asset.

Provide swift answering of incoming calls with a friendly, personable and facilitating tone.

Prepare Daily Deposits as time permits Sort and file daily invoice receipts Announce visitors that come to the branch and direct them to the appropriate personnel Aptitude to familiarize yourself with industry knowledge/technology.

Provide market feedback to management when required and received through customer conversations.

Gain a strong understanding of our industry, our products, market trends and technology.

Assist with special projects that can be done while attending to the incoming call volume Attend industry events when required.

Job Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Customer Service environments and security sales, preferred Excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, required Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (e.g.

Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), required A confident and determined approach to learning new tasks, sales methodologies and technologies.

Ability to handle difficult customers who may either call in or come in person to the branch.

Self-motivated, driven and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team-oriented environment.
