This is a Contract position in Mirabel, QC posted January 11, 2022.

  • Managing telephone calls (forward calls, take messages);
  • Providing administrative support to the sales, customer service and accounting departments;
  • Opening and distributing the mail and correspondence of the store;
  • Counting every day scorecards and index the hours worked for each employee for each pay period;
  • Maintaining inventory of office supplies every week and place an order, as require.


  • High School Diploma;
  • Functional bilingualism (English & French);
  • Two years’ experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support position;
  • Basic accounting notions is an asset;
  • Interpersonal skills and flexibility are sought out personality traits.
