Les Richeloises, a warm private residence for seniors, has an opportunity for a Receptionist position to fill a permanent full-time daytime position, hours from 07:30 to 15:00.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties
- Greet visitors
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Receive and redirect incoming calls
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma (SSD)
- 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
- Customer service experience an asset
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
- Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
