By providing important audience and consumer behaviour information and intelligence, we enable our members to deliver relevant, high-quality programming that meets the needs and wants of Canadians.About the RoleThe Receptionist/Administrative Assistant is the first point of interaction for employees, visitors and clients via phone and in person.

This role answers and directs telephone inquiries, greets and signs in visitors in the premises, in addition to performing administrative tasks to support multiple departments as requested.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms data entry for the regional Panel Administration team of demographics.Maintains high level of customer service greeting and directing all visitors, including vendors, clients and job candidates ensuring completion of paperwork, sign-in and security procedures.

Answers incoming telephone calls, responds to incoming emails and/or directs accordingly, and coordinates couriers as well as incoming/outgoing mail.Maintains office supply inventory by checking stock, anticipating needs, placing and expediting orders.Creates, reviews, and posts lists of respondent households.Plans, organizes and executes a variety of mail outs for the recruitment, retention and motivation of respondents.Coordinates company events and supports departments across the team/organization with a variety of administrative tasks and special projects such as managing boardroom readiness/cleanliness, reserving boardrooms, meeting set up, catering orders, as needed.Supports the Facilities team and liaises with the Property Management as needed.Maintains accurate inventory countsQualifications & ExperienceSecondary school plus of short-term training up to a one year post-secondary program.
