This is a Contract position in Saint-Laurent, QC posted September 20, 2022.

TIS Personal Services in business for over 45 years, is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrative assistant to joint our team. The responsible will perform clerical duties as requested and will assist directly the HR team. The right candidate must be comfortable working with people and managing high number of calls.

  • Salary: Competitive salary based on experience

  • Language: Fully Bilingual (Spoken/writing)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and screen calls, greet visitors, maintain office supplies
  • Coordinate and participate in all corporate social activities, organize and execute meetings/events, conference calls and webinars
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for all employees within various departments
  • Mail documents; copy, prepare and mail internal department information, mail letters and forms to customers and employees, etc.
  • Update employee master files
  • Assist the recruitment team with job advertising
  • Contact candidates and scheduling interviews

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum required DEC in Administration or other related diploma
  • Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Experience in Customer Service / Receptionist
  • Strong organizational and professional skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
