– $22.64 per hour Hours: 0830-1530 Days off: Saturday, Sunday, and statutory holidays Reference: 147417-eag Come work as a Receptionist/Administrative Support Clerk with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) Vancouver Coastal Health is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Support Clerk to join the Administrative Support Services team at Central Community Health Centre and West Vancouver Community Health Centre on the North Shore.

Apply today to join our team As a Receptionist/Administrative Support Clerk you will: Use considerable tact and diplomacy to provide communication, information and reception services, administrative support functions and other duties relating to program activities as assigned by the Manager and/or delegate.

Exhibit current working knowledge of applicable computer systems and software programs.

Maintain general knowledge of business office procedures such as establishing and maintaining filing systems, typing a variety of non-technical material.

Maintain levels of stationary supplies.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Grade 12 plus two year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Knowledge & Abilities Ability to keyboard 5000 keystrokes per hour.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to work with frequent interruptions and adapt to changes.

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others.

Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.

Ability to analyze, problem solve and take initiative.

Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position The hours of work including days off and work area may be subject to change consistent with operational requirements and the provision of the Collective Agreement and applicable statutes.
