Receptionist and Administrative Support


This is a Full-time position in Toronto, ON posted July 10, 2019.

We are currently looking for a Receptionist and Administrative Support for one for our valuable Client What are you expected to perform: Be able to coordinate communicate office activities, greet the visitors, answer all the inbound telephone calls and abel to schedule appointments.

Able to handle and respond back to the email, telephonic and in-person inquiries from clients or business partners.

Route all the inquiries to the correct individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization.

Be able to receive and record a verbal, telephonic, or written message for the staff.

Be able to take care of all the forms of paper correspondence.

Organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and files in their proper locations.

Be able to assist in compiling data for various reports, if need be.

Arrange and book meetings in boardrooms, off-site conference halls, and other locations.

Be always able to present a positive and professional picture of the organization to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, etc.

Be able to provide required data to the staff and/or clients about special activities.

Ensure all forms and reports made and completed within prescribed time.

Ensure that the appropriate evacuation procedures are carried out in the event of an emergency.

Be able to manage inbound as well as outbound mail, including priority mail, packages, courier services, and other correspondence.

Be always dressed up in a business attire and maintain a professionalism at the reception.

Be able to receive and monitor inbound shipments as necessary.

Be able to fulfil any other duties assigned by the Management.

What must you bring in; Excellent administrative, record keeping, and clerical ability Ability to multi-task and attention to details.

Focus goal oriented disposition and Excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of and ability to collaborate with other departments whenever required Demonstrate enthusiasm at all the times Excellent organizational skills.
