Receptionist and Office Clerk – Vancouver

This is a Contract position in Vancouver, BC posted June 18, 2019.

Are you looking for a long term opportunity in the administrative field?

If so, our client located in Vancouver is looking for a Receptionist and Office Clerk to work a 2 week assignment.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week at a rate of $14.00 per hour.

The main responsibilities will be as follows:
• Professionally greet and interact with walk-in customers
• Receive, sort & process mail documents, packages, supplies
• Book and maintain conference rooms
• Order and replenish consumables, forms, inventory and other supply items as required
• Operate printers/copiers
• Additional Ad Hoc tasks as requested Advantages
• Gain experience working in a professional setting for a nationally recognized organization
• Work full time hours on a 2 week assignment
• Earn $14.00 per hour
• Vancouver Location Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of an organization
• Previous office and administrative experience
• Strong computer skills
