This is a Full-time position in Woodstock, ON posted October 29, 2019.

Job Description Our client, a local, busy, mid-size automotive manufacturing facility in Woodstock is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for a contract to start ASAP until March 2020.

While this is a temporary role, the hours are full time, 7am to 4pm daily.Duties include:-Greeting visitors in person or via phone, ascertaining nature of business and guiding visitors to appropriate person-Issuing visitor passes, ensuring contractors/suppliers are compliant with company policies-Ordering office supplies as required and stocking cabinets-Data entry Posting and filing bills of landing and invoices electronically-Responsible for vending machines and coffee supplies-Performing other clerical duties as requiredRequirements: Grade 12 diploma or equivalentMinimum of 1 year experience in an administrative/ clerical capacityProficiency with MS Office suite, specifically Word & ExcelSuperior customer service skills Relevant post-secondary education (ie.
