Are you a reliable person who can provide administrative support in a company that values its employees? If so, this is the ideal opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a secretary/receptionist to join our client’s team of professionals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year’s experience in secretarial work
  • Be bilingual with strong written and oral skills in English and French
  • Have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Autonomy, initiative, meticulousness and resourcefulness
  • Easy to identify and manage priorities
  • Knowing how to be a good team player

Tasks:

  • Greet visitors (customers, suppliers), determine the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate person.
  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Invoicing orders inside and outside Canada and preparing customs documents
  • Prepare the respective documentation for shipping inside and outside Canada using the different shipping services (FedEX, DHL, Purolator, etc.).
  • Matching supplier invoices to supporting documents, verifying that the goods or services match the orders
  • Receive and distribute postal and electronic mail and other documents received
