Under the direction of the Senior Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, managing the front desk, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Here’s how Greet clients and visitors in a polished, professional and courteous manner Register clients and assist those who require it with the interpretation of various forms in the waiting room Triage multiple files and prioritize daily tasks; Receive payments from clients, record and update financial information in the system; basic accounting tasks; Maintain inventory of office supplies, place orders and confirm receipt of supplies; Protect clients’ privacy by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information; Maintain operations by following policies and procedures; reporting required changes; Communicate accurate information to clients in-person and via phone/email; Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic activities.

You’re the missing piece of the puzzle High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a fast paced environment, providing a high degree of customer service Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Very good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Strong organizational skills; multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks; Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative and good judgement; Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
