Receptionist

Bonneville Homes, a leader in the factory-built housing industry for 60 years, is seeking a Receptionist for its Belleville, Ontario office. The selected candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering their questions and providing administrative support.

Your daily routine

• Greet and orient clients
• Answer the phone and emails
• Make appointments
• Follow up with clients and various departments
• Keep files up to date
• Ensure administrative support and good customer service
• All other related tasks

Your expertise

• Bilingualism, both oral and written (French/English), an asset
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service
• Relevant experience in sales, an asset
• Computer skills (MS Office, CRM, Zoom/Teams, Google Drive, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Sense of initiative, dynamism and organization
• Proactive and goal-oriented
• Team player
• Well-groomed presentation
