This is a Contract position in Richmond, BC posted July 7, 2019.

We are looking for a Receptionist in Richmond to join a large good distribution company.

This role is a permanent position that will be starting immediately.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm Duties:
– answering/directing phone calls
– mail sorting
– ordering monitoring levels of supplies
– filing for accounting, couriers, assist with corporate head office events Advantages What’s in it for you?

– Some experience in a professional office environment
– 3-6 months of reception experience with multiline switchboard
– Intermediate to Advanced knowledge in MS Office 2010
– Be able to work in a fast to moderate paced environment
– Strong team player
