Receptionist Global Asset Management


This is a Full-time position in Yellowknife, NT posted July 15, 2021.

What is the opportunity?

As the Receptionist for RBC Global Asset Management, you will be the initial point of contact for our Downtown Vancouver Office.

You will be responsible for greeting and receiving clients, guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.

As a valued member of the Office Administration team, you will also assist with catering and other administrative duties as required.

What will you do?

Answer and direct all incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard Coordinate and manage bookings for meeting rooms; arrange catering as required Enter vacation and expense claims for the management team Assist the Business Operations and Finance team with coding invoice and payment investigations Assist with maintenance of staff kitchens and meeting rooms; including ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and liaising with the office maintenance teams as needed Participate in and maintain the calendar for the Health & Safety Committee What do you need to succeed?

Must-have 1-3 years’ experience in a professional office environment Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel ) Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong multi-tasking skills Nice-to-have 1-3 years’ experience in the financial industry What’s in it for you?
