The company also offers lots of room for growth It is a fun, friendly, and professional environment ABOUT THE CLIENT Our well-established client is looking for a client focused professional Receptionist to join their growing team in their Surrey office.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This role is an integral role for the company, as it supports all aspects of the office, greeting clients as they arrive and ensuring all deadlines are being met.

The company also offers lots of room for growth It is a fun, friendly, and professional environment ABOUT THE POSITION In this role, your responsibilities may include: Reception and front of house duties such as answering the main phone line, greeting clients and ensuring they sign in appropriately.

Organizing and distributing couriers Scheduling meetings for clients and executive team which may include room set up and catering as required Processing invoices daily and helping with financial statements for the Finance department Vendor management, ensuring all kitchens are stocked, office supplies are ordered and coordinating internal catering Facility management, working with internal managers and the building manager to ensure the office is fully functioning Modifying time sheets Other duties as required THE REQUIREMENTS 1 year experience in reception role with professional services (law, accounting, architecture, engineering firms etc) Strong Customer Service background Post secondary education Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Experience with financial statements will be an asset Excellent communication skills Driven, work well under pressure and a go-getter COMPENSATION $36,000/ year benefits will be effective after 3 months of probation 2 weeks paid vacation Training provided Growth opportunities and stability HOW TO APPLY Please apply directly to this posting with the most recent version of your resume.
