Our employee-owned Vancouver based investment client in downtown, Vancouver is looking for a Receptionist/Office Coordinator. This exciting position will give you a chance to perform a different administrative tasks to support our client’s internal team.

Reporting to the Office Manager and you will be working with different departments as well as all members of staff as part of a collaborative team-based culture!


This is a full time, permanent position and the office is located in downtown, Vancouver. The working hours will be 9:00 am – 5 :00 pm. The Receptionist/Office Coordinator will be the first contact of the office. The main responsibilities will be:

  • Answering /redirecting phone calls
  • Responding to general inquiries, both in-person and on the phone
  • Sorting, stamping, and distributing incoming mail; prepare, stamp, and deposit outgoing mail
  • Greeting public in a professional and friendly manner
  • Providing support for quarterly reporting (including mail, courier handling and research report distribution)
  • Coordinating setting up internal meetings with numerous attendees
  • Daily kitchen duties including emptying dishwashers, ordering & maintaining coffee/tea supplies
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned


  • 2-3 years of administration/receptionist experience in an office environment
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in MS Office programs
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work efficiently


  • Salary: $45,000 to $47,000   per annum , DOE
  • 2 weeks of vacation
  • Extended benefits will be effective from day 1st!
