You will answer incoming calls, redirect them to the right resources and create support requests in the ticketing system.

You will also fulfill various tasks directly related to the administration, such as mail and shipping, and ad hoc support to the management team.You need to be enthusiastic and dynamic, and like to work as a team, but also independently.
