Our recruitment firm has been mandated by one of our clients working in the window industry to recruit a secretary-receptionist.

Here are the main tasks you will be asked to perform: Respond to customer requests Prepare deposits Answering phones, faxes, emails Make letters and complete tables with excel Sending of various documents by email, fax and post Perform various orders Follow-up on files Opening and closing of contract files Petty cash counter and administrative management Management of accounts receivable Being able to do several tasks at the same time All other tasks related to the positions Status: Full-time Start date: As soon as possible Salary: Between $15 and $17 depending on experience Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday Language: French and English Employment requirements: Very good knowledge of the Office suite (excel, word, outlook) (essential) Looking for an orderly, punctual and comfortable person with public customer service for the counter (essential) Be bilingual (essential) Experience in the construction field (important) Anyone interested?
